Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Vance Digital collects through www.vance-digital.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Vance Digital is a lead generation agency based in Texas that works with home improvement contractors.

Information you give us

The only form on this site is the booking calendar. When you book a call, it asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The appointment time you choose
• Any other details the form asks for or you choose to add, such as notes

You can also reach us by email or phone. If you do, we keep whatever you send us so we can reply and follow up.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser and device information, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site running securely and are not used to build a profile of you.

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information such as your name or email; it records aggregated, anonymous data such as the pages visited, referring site, country, and browser type. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. The booking calendar is provided by GoHighLevel, which loads from its own servers; see “Embedded content” below.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment
• To contact you about that appointment by phone, text, or email, and to send reminders before it
• To answer questions you send us
• To provide our services if you become a client
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to operate the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They receive only what they need to do their job:

• GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector) — provides the booking calendar and is our customer relationship system, used for appointment follow-up and reminders. Receives what you enter in the booking form.
• Ahrefs — provides the website analytics described above.
• Vercel — hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Embedded content

Some pages embed videos from YouTube. Most use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which limits what is stored until you press play. When a video loads or plays, YouTube may set cookies and receive information about your visit under Google's own privacy policy, which we do not control.

The booking calendar is provided by GoHighLevel. A script from GoHighLevel's servers loads on every page of the site to size the calendar, and the calendar itself loads when you open the booking window. When either loads, GoHighLevel may receive your IP address and browser information and may set cookies or similar technologies, under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies, and its analytics (Ahrefs Web Analytics) is cookieless. It stores a small preference in your browser to remember whether you chose light or dark mode. Embedded services, namely YouTube videos and the GoHighLevel booking calendar, may set their own cookies, which you can manage through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and legal records. You can ask us to delete it sooner using the contact details below.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and every email and text we send includes a way to opt out.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of its sale. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including using reputable providers and keeping credentials and access limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
